Use Sauna Ice by placing 3-5 small crystals in a bucket of warm water and allow to dissolve. Then throw the water on the sauna stones. Avoid touching your eyes or any sensitive areas after handling Sauna Ice with your bare hands. One bag lasts for approximately 140 sauna sessions, depending on dosage. Avoid storing the bag of Sauna Ice in the sauna, as it will melt in the high temperature and humidity. If you are allergic to Menthol or pregnant, you should consult your physician before using Sauna Ice.
