Indirect Damages: Stargazer Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to billing or payment processing.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant purchase within the three months preceding the claim.

Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
