How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Click here to read our Returns & Refund Policy in full.


Do you offer free returns?

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item for any other reason (such as a change of mind), you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.


What payment methods do you accept?

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Inspect your delivery upon arrival.

  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (or write “suspect damage” if unsure).

  3. Email support@stargazer-living.com with clear photos of the damage.

We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement or provide compensation.


How do I place an order?

We recommend saving it for your records and checking your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.


Can I change my order after it’s placed?

You can make changes at no extra cost before your order has shipped.
