Return Eligibility (United States Customers)

Customers in the United States may cancel and return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions listed in this policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days, but return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.


Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Item must be unused and undamaged

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All labels and tags must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required


How to Request a Return

Return Request Deadline

To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • A detailed reason for the return


Return Authorization

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

  • Detailed return instructions

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Preparing Your Return

When preparing your return, you must:

  • Securely package the item in original packaging

  • Include return authorization documentation

  • Attach the provided return shipping label to the package


Return Shipping Timeline (After Authorization)

After you receive return authorization, you must ship the item within 5 days of receiving the authorization.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service (for example, FedEx).

  • Return shipping is provided at no cost to the customer

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Stargazer Living


Specific Return and Refund Scenarios

Change of Mind Returns

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 5 days of receipt

Refund:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund


Defective or Damaged Items

Notification Deadline:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item

Documentation:

  • Photos or videos of the defect or damage are required

Resolution:

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund

  • Return shipping is included at no cost to the customer


Incorrect Item Received

Notification:

  • You must inform us immediately upon receipt

Resolution:

  • We will arrange return shipping at our expense

  • We will send the correct product


Product Never Arrived

Notification:

  • Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe

Resolution:

  • We will investigate with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product


Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if not yet shipped

After Shipment:

  • If already shipped, you must follow the standard return process after delivery
